Business or business-casual. You’ll be on stage and photographed, so wear what makes you feel sharp and confident.

On Event Day · Arrival

When to Arrive & What to Expect

Arrival

  • Arrive by 4:15 PM. Doors and guest registration open at 4:00 PM.
  • Park free in the Anderson Parking Structure (under the football field). Tell the attendant you're a Summit speaker.
  • Check in at the speaker table in the Beckman Hall, 4th-floor lobby.

Speaker huddle - 4:30-4:45 PM

Please meet us by the stage at 4:30 PM for a 15-minute briefing before doors fill - panel order, water, and where to sit.
  • 5:00 PM - Program begins (panels & dialogue).
  • 7:30 PM - Sunset rooftop networking. Please stay; this is the best part for your connections.
